Our process
Brief to launch
AI-first, but not AI-generated. AI moves fast — people still need trust, clarity, and a product that feels natural. That’s the design, product thinking, and engineering.
How AI shows up
We don’t treat AI like a buzzword
We use it every week to speed up the parts of the process that should move faster: research, synthesis, copy exploration, idea generation, wireframes, dev support, QA, documentation, audits, automation, and internal ops.
Research
Faster synthesis of notes, competitor patterns, user input, and messy product context.
Copy + messaging
Faster exploration of positioning angles, structure, content direction, and page copy.
UX + concepting
Faster exploration of flows, information architecture, sitemaps, layouts, and early product directions.
Dev acceleration
Faster prototyping, code cleanup, debugging, and repetitive frontend work.
QA + ops
Faster reviews, documentation, handoff prep, and process automation.
The process
Every project is different. The rhythm is usually the same.
Get clear, move fast, build properly, then tighten until the work feels ready for the real world.
- AI-assisted speed
- Senior judgment
- Build-aware design
- Clear momentum
Week 1
01Align + map
We start by getting clear on the real problem, not just the requested deliverable. We review the product, business goals, users, competitors, current assets, technical constraints, and what needs to move first. Then we map the structure, flows, priorities, and fastest path to meaningful progress.
- Project direction
- UX / website audit
- Flow mapping
- Content structure
- Sprint plan
- Success criteria
Weeks 2–4
02Design + iterate
We use AI-assisted exploration and fast internal iteration to move through more options without dragging the project out. Then we narrow, refine, and turn the strongest direction into polished UI, clearer UX, better messaging, responsive layouts, and a system your team can actually use.
- Creative direction
- Wireframes
- High-fidelity design
- Product flows
- Responsive layouts
- Design system foundations
Weeks 4–8
03Build + connect
If the project goes beyond Figma, this is where we bring the work into the world. We build websites, frontend experiences, mobile interfaces, product components, backend logic, APIs, integrations, and supporting systems. We can also clean up rough prototypes, rushed builds, or vibe-coded MVPs that need structure.
- Frontend implementation
- iOS / Android builds
- Component systems
- Backend / API support
- Build-ready handoff
Week 8+
04Refine + ship
The last 10% is where the work starts to feel expensive. We review, test, tighten, and polish the details before launch — design QA, copy tweaks, UI polish, responsiveness checks, animation tuning, dev fixes, performance cleanup, and support through launch.
- QA passes
- UI polish
- Implementation review
- Launch support
- Post-launch fixes
- Next sprint plan
Timelines depend on scope. A focused landing page can move in weeks. A product redesign, mobile app, or full build may take a few months. The point is not to force every project into the same calendar — it is to keep the work moving with a clear rhythm.

The tools behind the process
We keep the stack flexible, but these are the tools we use most often across design, build, AI, and delivery.

How we stay close
Async work, clear live touchpoints
We like fast progress — a mix of async updates, focused calls, shared files, and tight feedback loops. We can plug into your existing workflow, or run a lightweight structure on our side.
- 01
Kickoff to align
- 02
Shared Slack and Notion board
- 03
Updates several times per week
- 04
Focused review calls
- 05
Clean handoff and next steps
- 06
Ongoing support when needed
We do not disappear for two weeks and come back with a big reveal. We work in the open, stay close to the work, and keep momentum visible.
